Good Afternoon,
I would just like to say that after about 4-5 weeks the lift is finally up and running.
All of the engineers that have attended during this time have been polite, considerate of our client group and very professional. They have worked tirelessly to try to rectify the fault with the lift which I know has not been easy.
Please pass on my thanks to Lloyd and Ryan who both attended today and also to any other engineer that came out whose names I did not make a note of.
