Greatly appreciated by myself and others

We are just coming to the end of the critical period using the lifts. Having just talked to the client could you pass on our thanks to Richard F for his efforts keeping the lift running through the critical period, especially for his efforts over the Bank Holiday when he came in off his own holidays to carry out repairs to keep us going over the bank holiday weekend, this action was greatly appreciated by myself and others
