I wanted to say how impressed I have been with the company, from the initial telephone call to the visit from Pat and the excellent package of information we have been given about the new lifts.
Pat came to the site on time… he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After the survey he explained his findings and the next steps in the process. He checked my understanding which is a real customer service quality I appreciate because it gave me time to absorb the information.
