LEIA is the UK’s trade association and advisory body for the lift and escalator sector. The membership reflects a shared commitment to high standards of quality, safety, and professional practice in the industry.
The Lift & Escalator Industry Association represents the majority of companies involved in the supply, installation, maintenance and servicing of lifts and related equipment across the UK. Its membership includes organisations working on passenger and goods lifts, stairlifts, platform lifts, escalators, and a wide range of lifting products. The association also provides guidance on health and safety, regulatory compliance, and technical standards.
