I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your engineer Tommy Ruddy. He was lovely and extremely professional.
At the moment I have limited mobility, and am current self-isolating from the coronavirus. The engineers were fully respectful of social distancing and very patient. Tommy even went above and beyond by offering to pop to the shop for me to get some necessities. He then waited and made sure I was back in my house safely before leaving.

I just wanted to take the time out to say how fantastic the engineers that have attended site over the past 2 days have been.
They have acted with nothing but the utmost professionalism when dealing with clients and myself.
They worked tirelessly to fix the lifts that were continuously broken down and have kept me completely up to date with everything they have been doing.
The specific engineers that have really been fantastic were the two Tom’s, Ryan and Stuart. I could not be more satisfied with the service that they have provided and the professionalism they showed during the past 2 days. They are a credit to your company.

I would just like to say that after about 4-5 weeks the lift is finally up and running.
All of the engineers that have attended during this time have been polite, considerate of our client group and very professional. They have worked tirelessly to try to rectify the fault with the lift which I know has not been easy.

Can I just say that I was really impressed with both of the engineers yesterday, they identified the problem very quickly which happened to be one that has been ongoing for sometime but rather than doing a quick fix they really took the time to make sure all the doors were operating exactly as they should be including fixing the self closers.

After having various engineers sent out by the housing over the last 4 years to sort out my daughters lift, ( from another company, and couldn’t find/fix the fault) We have Just had our first visit from Clive (Cardiff branch) of R J Lift Services who has fixed the issue with our lift, in 2 hours!
For the first time in 4 years we have a fully functioning lift, and I can’t Thank you enough for the fast response time and in getting Clive out to fix it!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company and the staff who have recently refurbished our lift it has been done to an excellent standard with as little fuss and interruption to our day to day operations in an autistic specific environment the lads were punctual efficient and courteous and catered well to our needs
I have been using R J Lift Services for quite a number of years now, for my monthly maintenance programme, breakdown call outs ( normally misuse by our production staff with FLT’s ), I have also used them for several upgrades to our current ageing lift.
The response, professionalism and general performance has always been outstanding by all of the staff, from the front line engineers through to any contact with the office or the managers.
Response times for breakdowns in our 24 / 7 plant, was crucial in our original selection criteria, R J Lift Services have never let me down, and are normally on site within an hour from a call. day or night.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for lift maintenance , breakdowns or upgrades.
I do want to say that whilst we have had issues, you and your team have been very honest and open in any resolution. The team(s) that attended site have been knowledgeable and overall have reacted well to both the situation and the pressure me and my team apply.
It is actually a pleasure to work with R J Lift Services; certainly compared to some of the dross I have to engage with.

Just a quick note to say Thanks to the guys that attended site on Sunday, they both worked their socks off to change the damaged lift door for the one that we had on site to use on Lift Number 5 this weekend and get us an operational Lift for today’s production.
The R J lift engineer was very adept at identifying the core issue with our broken lift . The repair was completed by R J LIFT SERVICES efficiently and expertly at a cost of £795 in comparison to £6500 and £3900 quoted by other companies. The passenger lift here is now working again! I would strongly recommend RJ’s services to others.
